He is survived by: his wife Gertie; his children, Bobby Potter Jr. (Rhonda) of Erwin and Pamela Hayes of Lillington; his stepdaughter Donna Pearsal (Richard) of Garner; his great grandchildren, Nicholas Roberts, Eli, Sophia Miranda, Nathan, Logan Gregory, Brayden, Colten, Holden, Gracelyn Dillon, Kyle, Lucas Dickson, Johnny, Heather and Haley Thigpen; and his brothers, Sam, David, Odell and Johnny. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
