He is survived by: his wife Lila Chambers Creech; his grandson Stephen Dwain Perry (Windy) of Zebulon; his sister Inez C. Richards of Zebulon; his sister-in-law Frances Pullen of Raleigh; and his niece Cathy Creech of Zebulon.
