With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clea Carpenter of Zebulon, North Carolina, who passed away on November 14, 2021 at the age of 82. She is survived by: her children, Sheila Pringle and Reginald Carpenter (Doris) of Gadsden, Alabama; her siblings, G. Odessa Smith of Raleigh, Alphonza Carpenter of Raleigh, Charles Carpenter (Beverly) of North Kingstown and Willie Carpenter (Farlenza) of Lexington; and her aunts, Clara Highe and Flonnie Bobbett of Brooklyn. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren.
Due to Covid Restrictions, attendance will be limited to immediate family and St. John members only, not exceeding 75 people.
