He was predeceased by: his father Louis Parrish; and his brother Terry Parrish. He is survived by: his mother Letha Parrish; his wife Susan Lee Parrish; his sons, Jonathan Parrish (Katie) of Princeton and Phillip Parrish (Allison Batten) of Zebulon; his sisters, Wanda Smith (Larry) of Snead's Ferry, Sheila Paige (Brad) of Clayton and Bonnie Donleycott (Patrick) of Clayton; his grandson Preston Carroll; and his friends, Amber and Ryan Langston of Clayton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
