He was predeceased by: his parents, William Harold and Bonnie Benson Sage; and his brother Harold Sage. He is survived by: his wife Delores McCloud Sage; his children, David Alan Sage (Audrey), Jason Michael Sage and Tiffany Lynn Sage; and his siblings, Dale Sage (Florence), Will Sage (Wanda), Art Sage (Lydia), Jack Sage (Sandy), Paul Sage (Marlise) and Eunice Hemmert (Ed). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
