She was predeceased by: her husband James Wilbert; her siblings, Laura Rowe Jones and James Ray Rowe; and her parents, James Boyd and Ettie Creech Rowe.
She is survived by: her sons, James Robert Raper (Orlena) and Michael Wayne Raper (Becky); her grandsons, Robbie Raper (Rachel), Joseph Raper (Kelly) and Brandon Raper; her great grandchildren, Gracie, Kaylene, Liza and Jacob; and her siblings, Gertrude Narron, Ann Abel (Lee), Linwood Rowe (Sylvia), Faye Paterson and Dwight Rowe.
