He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Fincher and Gertrude Sikes Kiker; his daughter Sheila Renee Kiker; his siblings, Mary Kiker, Rebecca Nichols, Harriet Swanson and Lynn Kiker; and his grandson Luke Dyer.
He is survived by: his siblings, Medriath Kiker, Lonnie Fincher Kiker II, Ellar Hicks, Julia Black and Everette Kiker; his grandsons, Jim and Travis; his wife Denise Hardesty Kiker; his sons, Jim Kiker, Gary Shull, Joe Kiker and Travis Kiker; and his grandchildren, Megan, Monica, Robert, Benjamin, Elijah, Joe, Nicholas, Kyle, Daniel, Hannah, Skye, Mackenzie, Stone, Kit, David and Nevaeh. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been set up at Focus Church for the furtherment of David's ministry.
