He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Cecil and Alberta Collins Webb. He is survived by: his wife Melody Champion Webb; his children, Sydney Jo Webb and Dylan Christopher Webb; his siblings, Linda Fields Simpson (Bill), Brenda Joseph (Steve), Joey Webb Kathy Breeding (Minada), Carol Baker (David), Cecilia Smith (Ricky) and Craig Webb; and his close friends, Russell Baker and Carla Sanderford.
