It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Ray Jones of Zebulon, North Carolina, born in Durham, North Carolina, who passed away on November 25, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Graham Ray and Asalee Barnett Ray; and her sister Frances Brantley. She is survived by: her husband Robert Lee Jones; her daughter Pamela Jean Hughes (Christopher); her nephews, Ricky Brantley (Betty) and Cale Brantley; her great-niece Tiffany Brantley Gresham (Chris); and her grandchildren, Melanie, Janeyron, Grace, Eydan, Yerlin, Arnold, Lupita and Arsleidy.
