She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dr. Thomas Charles "Tom" Baker and Frances Calhoun Baker (Lupo); her husband William Alvin Rogers, Jr.; her son Robert William Rogers; Katheryn "Kathy" Ann Rogers. She was also cherished by extended family and many wonderful friends.

Due to family members floral allergies, it is strongly requested to adhere to the requests of memorial contributions only, in lieu of flowers, to Hopkins Chapel Baptist Church in her memory.
