He is survived by: his children, Paul Pittman, Jr. of Zebulon and Lisa Kempf of Kansas; his sisters, Mary Katherine Dean of Wake Forest and Eunice Knott of Greenville; his grandchildren, Sommer and Sara Kempf; and his great grandchildren, Kiara, Elijah and Alena. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
