He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph LaSalle Kilduff and Muriel Kilduff (Heatherington); and his wife Argatha Kilduff. He is survived by: his children, Muriel Brooks (Tim), Raymond C. Kilduff, Jr. (Jackie), Lisa Weisbeck (Phil) and Beth Vachon. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
