She is survived by: her children, Barry Smith (Ginny), Bill Smith (Linda) and Kathy Koman (Doug); her grandchildren, Christi (Kirk), Brian (Rachel), Scott (Shelley), Josh (Sandy), Matt (Jenn), Carrie (Jimmy) and Jonathan (Kelly); her great grandchildren, Lily, Deacon, Dawson, Dare, Ryder, Kennedy, Wyatt, Wrehn, Cameron, Hayden, Daisy, Elliot, Franklin, Lucy, Theodore and Adrienne; her sibling Carolene Sykes; and her nephew Tommy Worrell (Sandy).
The family asks that any donations in her memory be made to Zebulon House in Zebulon, North Carolina.
