She is survived by: her parents, Richard Allen Collins and Susan Joines Collins; her sons, Aiden and Tristan Hawkins; her siblings, Suzanne Collins of Winston-Salem, Allen Collins (Tiffany) of New Freedom, PA. and Jeffrey Collins (Mandey) of Columbia, SC; her siblings' children, Christian, Jonathan, Amy, Abby and Laura; and her pet Striker.
