He is survived by : his children, Aleta Stafford Hickory, Tony Perry and Donovan Perry (Felicia); his grandchildren, Hope Perry of Banner Elk, Cheri Smith (Tim) of Denver, Carla Chastain of Hickory, Jae Cee Marchand of Hickory, Anna Marchand of Hickory, Crystal Perry, Christen Maestas of Boone, Lee Perry of Banner Elk, James Stafford of Hickory and Joseph Perry of Newton; and his siblings, Keith Perry (Lindel) of Boone, Myrtle Calhoun (Chester) of Raleigh and Marsha Thomas (William) of Zionville. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
