She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Franklin Pennell and Emma Pearl Sanders Pennell; her husband Estel Smith Isaacs; her sons, Craig and Eddie Isaacs; her siblings, Archie, Ernest, Dean Pennell and Della Lawrence; and her granddaughter Brittany Isaacs.

She is survived by : her sons, Estel Curtis Isaacs (Eva) of Zionville and Richard Smith Isaacs (Laura) of Zionville; her grandchildren, Kristina Parsons (Greg) of Zionville, April Brigman (Geoffrey) of Zionville, Kimberly Rich (Jim) of Boone, Katie Isaacs (Jeremy Tester) of Vilas, Shelly Thomas (Aarion) of Zionville, Chelsea Ricker (Brennan) of Kingsport, Linsey Way (Dakota) of Greenville, Lizzie Isaacs of Boone, Richie Isaacs of Zionville, Chris Isaacs of Boone, Junior Isaacs of Zionville and Steven Isaacs of Vilas; and her close friends, Linda Lawrence and Freida Isaacs.
