He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lloyd Powell and Addie Byers Powell; his wife Marlene Fresonke; his children, Myles, Shannon, Glendon, Dale (Pat), Christina, Mark (Shannon), Jonathan (Ashley), Jeff (Sue), Jim (Wanda), Amber Umbreit (Joshua), Josh (Gene Anne), Jordan, Ryan Stroh (Savanna) and Sara Stroh; his sibling's children, Scott (Curt Jacobs), Jill Looper, Mike (Matt Powell) and Allen Reile; his brother-in-law Fritz; his sibling's children, Dean Fresonke, Colleen Livingston, Debra McDonough and Janell Upton; and also, Anita Powell Jacobs, Tom Powell (Eileen), Faye Powell Reile, Frank Powell (Lori), Sally Fresonke, Ellen Murphy, Garek and Drew Murphy.
