She was predeceased by : her parents, Jacob Adam and Katherine Bertsch (Ladner); her husband Adolph S. Heupel; her great grandchild Christopher Heupel; and her siblings, August, Albert, Berthold Bertsch, Ernestine Haas, Theresa Heupel, Ida Goehring and Martha Bertsch.

She is survived by : her children, James Heupel (Donna) of Ashley and Grace Goltz (Douglas) of Springside; her great grandchild Eric Heupel (Laurie); and her children, Lindsey, Austin, Annalie Heupel, Kendra Goltz (Kane McAffer), Lylah, Jack, Nola, Henry McAffer, Mathew Goltz, Ashlyn and Joie Ross.

In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials to Ashley Medical Center.
