She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Pfeifle of Ashley and Lucille Pfeifle (Gross); her husband Jeff Shannon; her daughters, Samantha Braun (Darryn Tank) of Groton, SD and Valentina Ertz (Justin) of Aberdeen, SD; and her siblings, Gail McDaniel of Spearfish, SD, Twila Van Boven (Gerrit) of Belle Fourche, SD and Michael Pfeifle (Linda) of Ashley.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials to American Diabetes Association.
