He was predeceased by: his parents, John Flemmer and Eva Flemmer (Oberlander). He is survived by: his brother John Flemmer (Leona) of Golden Valley; his brother-in-law Norman Biffert (Judy); his sister Shirley Biffert; and his siblings' children, Thomas, Emery Flemmer, Lois Cahoon and Linda Krein. He is also survived by 5 nephews and 11 nieces.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 9:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the New Life Worship Center (416 7th St NW, Beulah, ND 58523). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at the Hope Congregational Cemetery.
