He was predeceased by: his siblings, Jacob, Anton, Peter, Joseph, John Schweitzer, Rose, Francis, DeLora and Ella; and his nephew Philip Schweitzer.
He is survived by: his sister Frances Fleckenstein of Bismarck; his sisters-in-law, Emily Schweitzer of Bismarck, ND and Ann Schweitzer; and his friends, Lance, Deb Hill, Jerry and Audrey Grafsgaard. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given to St. Mary's Church or St. Martin's Cemetery.
