He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Louis Wilkens, Martin Staigle and Marlene Staigle; and his uncle Clay Bornemann (Murray Hintz). He is survived by: his wife Amy Dawn Thom; his parents, Blake Wilkens and Patty Wilkens; his brother Brian (Brea); his siblings' children, Brayden, Brennli, Braxxton of Brighton, CO, Brooke (Jory) of Brighton, CO and Connor (Whitney) of Bismarck, ND; his siblings, Bruce and Donna Thom; his brothers-in-law, Tony and Matthew; and his grandmother Adeline Wilkens. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, a separate fund has been set up at Gate City Bank for Amy and the boys under the ADAM WILKENS BENEFIT.
