He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucas Muggli and Mary Muggli (Theisen); and his siblings, Secunda, Marcus, Lawrence, Renilda, Alphonse, Otto, Fridolin, Viola, Adella and Dolores.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Jane Fischer; his children, David Muggli (Karen) of Bismarck, Diane Conklin (Tom) of Douglas, ND, Shirley Haider (Steve) of Mandan and Sheila Finneseth (Mike) of Detroit Lakes, MN; his grandchildren, Lisa Johnson (Brad), Scott M. Muggli, Ryan Conklin (Marci), Cara Melland (Marty), Katie Wirt (Andy), Allison Thomes (Nick), Lee Haider, Derek Finneseth (Erica), Matt Finneseth (McKenzie) and Bryan Finneseth; and his great grandchildren, Eli, Ella Johnson, Carson, Ava, Brooklyn Muggli, Logan, Hailee Conklin, Devon Crawford, Colton, Kinsley Melland, Lute and Finley Wirt.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be given to the Marion Manor Healthcare Center in Glen Ullin, ND.
