Alice M. Gaugler Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alice M. Gaugler (Bismarck, North Dakota), who passed away on December 24, 2019, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Ludvig and Gyda Amanda Larson (Vigen); her former husband Ralph L. Gaugler; and her wife Jerry. She is survived by: her children, Mary Jo's, Sandy, Bruce Gaugler (Holly), Nancy, Mary Jo, David Gaugler (Corrine Ternes) and Pam Ellenson (John); her grandchildren, Christopher Nelson (Kyja), Heidi Gartelos (Jim), Micah Nelson (Katherine), Jack Gaugler, Tyler Gaugler, Erik Larson (Morgan), Andrew Larson, Ryan Larson (Grace), Peter Krier, Greta Francis (Matt), Samuel Whitehead, Elise Whitehead, Molly Zachmeier, Nathan Ellenson (Alexandra), Justin Ellenson (Hannah), Daniel Ellenson (Tiffany), Ben Ellenson and Anna Ellenson; her great grandchildren, Nikolai, Anika, Unna, Sylvia, Haddie, Sylis, Ole, Emerson and Luca; her brother John Larson (Tootie) of Lemmon, SD; and her siblings-in-law, John Gaugler of Thornton, CO and Betty Mullen of Lakewood, CO. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to ELCA World Hunger or Hospice of the Red River Valley.
