He was predeceased by: his wife Leona; his parent Olga Franke; and his siblings, Edmund, Walter, Edna, Elsie, Lillian, Lila and Vivian.
He is survived by: his parent Turtle; his daughters, Claudia Renee and Claudia Schulz (Dennis) of Napoleon, ND; his grandchildren, Wayde Schulz (Dawn), Amy Prokop (Andrew), Bismarck Schulz and Ryan Schulz; and his great grandchildren, Tristan of Bismarck, Brayten of Bismarck, Dawson Schulz of Bismarck, Avery Prokop of Bismarck, Brady Prokop of Bismarck, Klayton Rau of Bismarck, Coby, Zachary and Mason Schulz of LaCenter, WA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
