Art Sievert Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Art Sievert of Bismarck, North Dakota, born in Mobridge, South Dakota, who passed away on December 24, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl Sievert and Bertha Sievert (Gehrke); his wife Mabel Brown; and his siblings, John, Richard, Walter and Norma.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Sievert of Naples, Fla., William Sievert (Valerie) and Peggy Freije; and his grandchildren, Rebekka Enge (Jim), Matthew Freije (Amy), James Freije, Elizabeth Schmidt (Jason), Carol Buechler (Ryley), Rachel Coleman (Trent), Anna Kennedy (Brendan), Amy Keech, Jordan and Thomas Sievert. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to St. Alexius Hospice.
