He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Mildenberger and Katherine Mildenberger (Gerhardt); his wife Odell Mildenberger; his son Dale; and his brother Steven.
He is survived by: his children, Jacqueline, Kathleen Schneider (Mike), Douglas (Paulette), Jacque Saucedo (Max) and Colin (Shannon); his siblings, Irene Friesz and Wilbur Mildenberger (Judy); and his sister-in-law Patty Mildenberger. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 2 step-grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
