She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lobach and Grace Lobach; and her sister Marlys Neumiller. She is survived by: her close friends, Donna Bloom Hipfner and Villa Ness; her brother-in-law Harold Neumiller; and her nephew Dr. Guy Otteson.
A special thanks to the staff at Miller Pointe in Mandan for the last two years of taking care of Bobbie, especially during COVID-19.
