She was predeceased by: her parents, William Steinert and Annie Steinert (Hochhalter); her husband Hjalmar; her brothers, Leo and Leonard Steinert; her siblings-in-law, Loyd Asplund, Emil and Helen Bergquist; her siblings' children, Scott Steinert and Pam Steinert; and her great great grandchild Ava.
She is survived by: her sons, Ernie (Betty), Dave (Debbie) and Curt (Lori); her daughter-in-law Punky Bergquist; her grandchildren, Ted Bergquist, Terry Bergquist (Jessica), Travis Bergquist (Shauna), Jason Bergquist (Leann), Carisa Voightman (Mitch), Megan Neumiller (Rich), Marty Randall (Dayna), Tami Bohne (Corey) and Travis Koropatnicki; her great grandchildren, Izzy, Harper, Tennasyn, Emily, Ella, William, Brodie, Jake, Aubrey, Austin, Jack, Taylor, Lindsey and Cole; her siblings, Rueben Steinert (Nyleen), Ruby (Warren), Helen Backman (Arvid) and Dorothy Betz (Dale) of Forest Lake, MN; her sisters-in-law, Bea Vollan (Earnest) and Elaine Steiner of Denver, CO; Hjalmar Bergquist. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
She moved to Bismarck and started working at the Baptist Nursing Home as a CNA in the Alzheimer's Unit for over 25 years.
