It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delton D. Hofer (Bismarck, North Dakota), born in Turtle Lake, North Dakota, who passed away on May 28, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Reinhold Hofer and Olga Hofer (Birst); his daughter Valerie; and his brother Rodney. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Moon (Schmidt); his children, Vickie Hill of Turtle Lake, DeeAnn Slade (Kent) of Provo, UT, Dorie Fiser of Orcutt, CA, Gary Moon of Mandan, Wally Moon of Cole Harbor and Don Moon (Lisa) of Mosinee, WI; and his siblings-in-law, Verdean Hofer of Turtle Lake, Sharon Haag (Tom) of Center, Donna Zander of Mandan and Harry Schmidt (Judy) of Bismarck. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
