He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kramer and Hattie Kramer (Hoesel); his daughter Marlys Steckler; and his siblings, Duane Kramer and Dolores Kemmesat.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Shimek; his children, Alan, Kevin and Joanne; his son-in-law Myron Steckler (Renita); his grandchildren, Kayde Schafer (Taylor), Tyler Steckler, Kristina Steckler (Emett) and Alycia Kramer; his great grandchildren, Hadley and Bridger; and his siblings, Robert Kramer (Marilyn) and Carol Huber (Joe).
