She was predeceased by: her daughter Carol Schaff. She is survived by: her husband Joe; and her children, Patricia Schulz (Thomas) of Bismarck, Kathleen Kurtz of Bismarck, William Kurtz (Claudia) of Bismarck, Duane Kurtz (Carol) of Bismarck, JoAnn Hoff (Walter) and Brian Kurtz. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.

Dorothy Kurtz, 91, Bismarck, passed away August 22, 2018 at CHI St. Alexius Health after a five-year struggle with Alzheimer's Disease.
