He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Cindy Feist Welk; his children, Janell Keller (Craig), Jessica Silha (Nevada), Adam and Matthew Welk; his grandchildren, Ashley, Issac, Ryleigh, Annaley Keller, McKenzie and Dylan Silha; his mother Eugenia Welk; his siblings, Alan Welk and Linda Smestad; his father Eugene Welk; and his brother Timothy Welk.
