He was predeceased by: his parents, John Holzworth and Katie Holzworth; his sisters, Alvina Hamel, Arlene Conitz and Linda Garcia (Al); and his granddaughter Angela Vetter.
He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Brandy Schott, Greg Holzworth (Brenda), Jeff Holzworth (Deb), Kim Becker (Bernie) and Sheree Wagner (Kevin); his grandchildren, Matt Holzworth (Pam), Shawn Holzworth, Darren Holzworth, Nicole Bicanic (Damir), Mitch Becker (Cassie), Payton Becker and Keylee Holzworth; his great grandchildren, Jaxson Becker, Safia, Harris Bicanic, Brynley, Brooklyn and Joseph Becker; and his siblings-in-law, Reuben Magstadt (Vi), Ervin Magstadt (Marge) and Bernice Jamgocian.
