He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Fischer and Agatha Fischer; his brothers, William and Paul (Elaine); and his stepson Adam Geiger.
He is survived by: his former wife Rose Fischer; his wife Tillie Geiger; his son Ronald (Maria); his grandson Matthew (Abbie); his great grandchildren, Lucas, Eli, Asher, Mattie Beth and Finn; his grandson Jacob (Kacy); his great grandchildren, Jacob, Victoria and Adeline; his grandson Joshua; his daughter Sheila Reierson (Mark); his grandsons, Ben (Christine), Ted and Andrew (Eile); his stepdaughter Pamela Gaustad (Kaare); his stepgrandchildren, Dakota, Riley, Cooper and Tucker; his stepdaughter-in-law Margaret Riehl; his siblings, Rodney (Carolyn), Rosemarie Erling and Betty Ann Hardy (Virgil); and his sister-in-law Alicia Fischer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
