It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Lester (Bismarck, North Dakota), born in Carrington, North Dakota, who passed away on November 4, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard T. Lester and Lulu G. Lester (Stephenson); his siblings, Donald and Mary Louise; and his sons, Franklin S. Jr and Michael Lester.
He is survived by: his uncle Ralph; his daughters, Christine Kjonnas and Pamela Kuntz (Les); his significant other Diana Dietz; and his children, William "Bill", Daniel, Wayne and Pam. He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
