He was predeceased by: his father Harvey Plante; and his wife Mercedes Alm. He is survived by: his mother Anna Plante; his children, Parnel Plante (Mary), Parker Plante (Kathy), Apryl Ghents (Mike), S. D. and Anjyl Babeck (Monte); his grandchildren, Ashley (Mike), Jessica, Michael, Courtney (Alex), Tyler, Nicolas (Krista), Hunter, Cody, KenaDee and Brooklynn; and his siblings, Leo Plante, Jim Plante (Lynn), Ronnie Plante, Judy Goetzfried and Penny Mutcher (Rick).
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials to the Bismarck Cancer Center, 500 N 8th St., Bismarck, ND 58501.
