George Bernhardt Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 24, 2020, at the age of 87, George Bernhardt (Bismarck, North Dakota) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bernhardt and Rose Bernhardt (Kuntz); and his siblings, Lee, Jackie, Sebastian, Helen, Regina and Rosemarie.

He is survived by: his wife Arliss Zeretzke; his children, Troy Bernhardt (Jayne), Karla Larson (Kim) and Tammy Markason (David); his grandchildren, Mitchell Hoesel, Kayla Hardy (Mike), Trent and Jenna Bernhardt; and his siblings, Anton Bernhardt (Sally), Linton, Francis Kuntz (Eusebius), Willie (Veronica) and Phyllis Werner (August). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Funeral arrangements will be held Wednesday, April 29 for immediate family members only, due to safety precautions concerning COVID-19.
