We are sad to announce that on August 9, 2019, at the age of 88, Harold J. Neff (Bismarck, North Dakota), born in Fresno, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles G. Neff and Martha Neff (Schindler); his children, Jeffry and Patricia Muller; and his siblings, Dorothy Neff Ostrom, Donald Neff, Robert Neff, Richard Neff and Janet Neff Wentz.
He is survived by: his wife Lois; his daughter Colleen Neff (Helmut Kapczynski); his grandsons, Maximilian Kapczynski and Stefan Kapczynski; his daughter Kathleen Aucoin (Bryan); his grandchildren, Paul, Lily and Stephen Neff (Ashley); his great grandchildren, Kevin, Charles, Norman and Walter; his grandson Jonathan Neff; his great grandchild Jude; his son-in-law Charles Muller; his grandchildren, Grace Hodges and Harold "Sam" Hodges; his brother LaVern Neff (Nita) of Bismarck; and his parents-in-law, Audrey Neff, Bonnie Neff, Thomas Wentz (Diane), Irene Walsh, Linda Lee, Lloyd Case (Ellen) and Robert Case. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
