He was predeceased by: his siblings, Fred, Ray, Reinhard, Robert, Earl, Elmer and Bernice Brockob.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara Gailfus; his children, Tony (Trina), Janel Meeker (Chris) and Kelly (Cherrie); and his grandchildren, Broderick, Dominic, Tessa (Taryn Neameyer), Casey (Megan Neameyer) and Spencer (Nolan Meeker). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Harold's name to the God's Child Project or the Bismarck Cancer Center.
