He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dr. Leroy and Doris Larson; his brothers, Dave and Richard; his wife Shannon; his daughters, Kristin Gruber (Carsten) of Ebersbach-Fils, Germany, Dr. Karin Larson-Pollock (Darren) of Mercer Island, Washington and Kathrin Youngberg of Bismarck; his stepsons, Parker Endersbe of Minneapolis, Trevor Ell (Candace), Tanner Ell (Missy) and Tyler Ell (Kalene) of Bismarck; his grandchildren, Annika, Kira (Liam Gruber), Madison (Andrew Pollock), Nik (Alek Youngberg), Libby (Zoey Ell), Bentley (Bjerklie Ell) and Brenley (Oakley Ell); and his siblings' children, Matthew, Sarah, Jenny and Catherine. He was also cherished by The oldest of three sons.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Bismarck Cancer Center or the Lewis & Clark Fort Mandan Foundation.
