He is survived by: his mother Nancy; his stepfather Mark Kruse; his brother Jay (Chrissy); his stepsisters, Nicole Boe (Jason) of Prior Lake, MN and Holly Kruse of Shakopee, MN; and his significant other Naomie Carr. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
