He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Cornelius, Julitta O'Keeffe, Art and Vivian O'Connell. He is survived by: his parents, Mike O'Keeffe and Kathy O'Keeffe; his son Michael Jason; his brother Tim O'Keeffe of Fargo, ND; his nephews, Sam and John O'Keeffe; and his former wife Caroline. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
