It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joel Boelter (Bismarck, North Dakota), who passed away on May 26, 2020, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Boelter and Freda Boelter (Zoller); his father-in-law Lyle Schultz; and his brother Brian Boelter of Haiku, HI.. He is survived by: his spouse Pearlene Schultz; his son Zac; his sister-in-law Paulette Engel (Dennis); his sisters, Carol Fetch (Larry) of Ennis, TX and Mary Link (Tim); his sister-in-law Polly Boelter of Haiku, HI; and his siblings' children, Alicia Schubert (Paul) of Sugar Loaf, TX, D. C. of Washington, Lori McCoy (Tom), Lisa Kennedy (Robert), Darcy Westeren (Bob), Matthew Link of Laramie, WY, Kurt Kuehl (Michelle), Paul Kuehl (Joy) and Mark Kuehl (Sheree). He is also survived by one aunt and many cousins.
