With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John D. Olsrud (Bismarck, North Dakota), born in Sidney, Montana, who passed away on October 30, 2019 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Oscar and Marguerite Olsrud (Martinson); and his brothers, Harold and David. He is survived by: his wife Linda Hendriz; his children, Sarah Coene (Matthew), Lynne Carlson (Brian), Maria (Ryan), Carrie Daly (Ian), Joe Miller and Wilson Olsrud; his sisters, Rhoda Mackenzie, Marilyn Bah (Curtis) and Lois Olsrud; his grandchildren, Thomas, Jordan (Sharlene), Melinda (Cody), Austin, Yosemite, Casey, Miguel, Tyrone, Miriam, James and Eoin; and his great grandchildren, Luna and Max.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations go to the UND Foundation or Central Dakota Humane Society.
