He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton Schweitzer and Barbara Schweitzer (Senger); his wife Clara Reis; his son-in-law Doug Zottnick; his grandson Ryan Zottnick; and his parents-in-law, Bill Senger, Helen Wickenheiser, Eva Huber, Sebastian Reis, Pete, Rose Reis, Teresia, Jack Dutt, Madge Leier, Caroline, Karl Schatz and Pius Reis.
He is survived by: his aunt Dorothy Schneider; his children, Julie Arnegard (Michael) of Bismarck, Barb Zottnick of Bismarck, John-Allen Schweitzer (Sheri) and Janet Pritchard (Keith); his grandchildren, Eric Arnegard, Emily Schneider (Nathan), Joshua Zottnick (Reagan), Michael Zottnick (Kari), Megan Rundquist (Jesse), Katelyn Pertile (Paul), Johna Miller (Nathan) and Reis Pritchard; his sister Irene Senger; and his parents-in-law, Lorraine Reis, Al Leier, Barbara, Victor Wald, Alvera, Tony Leier, Ang and Ed Geiger. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
