He is survived by: his wife Laura; his children, Jacqueline Swiftbird of Mandan, ND, Isereal Lee Swiftbird of Lincoln and Isacc James Swiftbird of Whispering Pines, NC; his stepson Casey Phelps of Mandan, ND; his grandchildren, Zoe Sutton, Gabriel Swiftbird and Gracie Rae Swiftbird; and his sister Julia Little Hawk of Pine Ridge, SD..
