She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Dockter and Betty Dockter (Papke); her son Christopher; her sister Dorinda; and also Jerry.
She is survived by: her spouse Dennis Vernon; her son Owen Vernon; and her siblings, Joyce Hinson (David), Raenette Evans, Garland Dockter (Idella), Timothy Dockter (Gail McMullen) and Burton Dockter. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
