He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Bender and Caroline Bender; his brother Edwin Bender; his siblings-in-law, Dorinda Bender and Darwin Eisenbarth; and his nephew Matthew Bender.
He is survived by: his siblings, Harry (Joyce) of Seattle, WA, Andrew of Seattle, WA, Willie (Carol) of Seattle, WA, Donnie (Pam) of Seattle, WA, Tom (Sue), Jim (Annette), Lorraine Eisenbarth, Angie Hilzendeger (Willie) and Charlene Fetzer (Kenneth); and his sister-in-law Charlotte Bender. He is also survived by several aunts; one uncle and numerous nieces and nephews.
