He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Frank and Pauline Frank (Gall); his wife Irene Koepplin; his parents-in-law, Edward and Katie Koepplin; his siblings, Esther Kaseman (Elmer) and Richard; and his niece Cindy Kaseman.
He is survived by: his sons, Steven (Julie) of Fargo, ND and Bruce (Denise) of Kennewick, WA; his grandchildren, Nathan, Aimee, Kristin, Madison and Jake; and his brother Walter of Faith Hope, AL..
